Dear Parish Families,
Welcome to the Saint Anna Religious Education Program!
We hope all of you are doing well and staying safe and healthy. Our religious education program seeks to nurture a relationship with Jesus Christ, come to see Him in others, and to grow in love, understanding, and devotion to our Catholic faith.
All levels of the program have the same essential goal to help our students grow in their Catholic faith. However, each level has a slightly different catechetical focus.
· Grades 1 & 2 focus on preparing our youth to receive Jesus in the Eucharist for the first time.
· Grades 3-6 focus on growing in faith and discipleship by learning about the teachings of the Church and what they mean for our lives.
· Grades 7 & 8 focus on delving in deeper with Scripture and the Mass.
· Confirmation focuses on preparing teens to receive the Holy Spirit as they complete their Christian initiation.
We invite you to allow us to add to your child’s education in a more formal setting with our Religious Education Program. We have a dedicated team of volunteer Catechists (teachers of the faith) willing to share their time to enrich your child’s life with scripture, lesson plans & prayer.
All classes will meet on Sunday mornings from 8:40 AM to 9:40 AM.
Please know we are here to serve and support you and your families in your journey of faith. If you have questions about anything or about how to become involved in our program, please do not hesitate to contact our Religious Ed Coordinator
